Lead Instructional Designer | 18-month project
Content creator & designer to support an important mission, the digitalisation of all in-house training materials, through video production, content creation, conceptualisation, and instructional design.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop engaging and informative training materials for healthcare professionals and patients, including e-learning courses, video tutorials, webinars, and other digital resources.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, and incorporate feedback into final products.
- Research industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare technologies and approaches.
- Participate in content creation projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness.
